TWB Social Media Video 1
A careers page does not get shared. People scroll past a paragraph about culture. They stop for a face. TWB's social video is half a minute, shot to stand up in a phone. It does not explain the company. It shows the floor, and it shows the people on it. One of them turns around in a bright shirt, and the back already prints the line the longer recruiting video says out loud: at TWB, they treat customers, employees, investors, and suppliers the way they want to be treated. Others look at the camera and wave. That is the whole argument. Another manufacturer hiring Beacon for this kind of video is buying a post their own people can stand in. A logo over stock footage does not get a candidate to picture the shift. Thirty seconds of the actual plant, with someone glad to be on camera, can. Put it where the application link already is. TWB did not need a script for this one. They needed the floor to show up in a feed. That is what this video is for.
