Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026
Beacon Productions, LLC (“Beacon,” “we,” or “us”) operates beaconproductions.com. This policy explains how information is collected and used when you visit our website, watch videos, request information, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Contact forms collect your name, email address, message, and selected video interests. Newsletter forms collect your email address. Resource requests and other communications may include your name, business contact details, and information about your project.
- Website activity. Our website and service providers receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring websites, campaign links, and interactions with videos, forms, and links.
- Authorized Studio accounts. For people who manage the site, we store account details, password hashes, access status, and login and editing records.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss and provide video production services, deliver requested resources, manage newsletter requests, operate and protect the website, troubleshoot problems, and understand how visitors find and use our content. We also use analytics and advertising measurement to evaluate our marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses session and security cookies for forms and account access. It also uses campaign-attribution cookies to connect a visit or inquiry with its referral source. Our first-party attribution cookies, bea_attr and bea_campaign, are set for up to 30 days; a new campaign visit may update the latter. Browser storage is also used for interface preferences and to avoid counting the same form confirmation repeatedly.
Google, LinkedIn, Vimeo, and our hosting providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their settings and retention periods are governed by their policies. Analytics and advertising tags may load when you visit; this page does not itself disable those services or provide a cookie-consent control for them.
Service providers and information sharing
Information is handled by Beacon personnel and providers supporting our website, communications, and marketing, including:
- Hostinger: website hosting, content delivery, and security services.
- BuellEA: website support, inquiry and customer relationship management, campaign reporting, and requested guide delivery. Form details may be stored in these systems and sent to Beacon’s designated team by email.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: site usage, video engagement, and conversion measurement. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
- LinkedIn: advertising and conversion measurement through the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which may also support audience matching and remarketing. LinkedIn may associate activity with a member account under its own settings. See LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.
- Vimeo: embedded video playback. Loading or using a player connects your browser with Vimeo, which may receive technical information and playback activity. See Vimeo’s Privacy Policy.
These third parties may process information in the United States or other countries. Their own policies describe their independent practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or the protection of legal rights.
Your choices and requests
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser, although blocking some cookies may affect forms, sign-in, or video playback. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on and advertising settings. LinkedIn provides advertising choices through its account settings and privacy policy. These controls apply to their respective services and do not necessarily stop all website logging.
To stop receiving Beacon marketing emails, use an unsubscribe option in the email when available or contact us at len@beaconproductions.com. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
Google Analytics and advertising tags do not currently use a browser “Do Not Track” signal to turn off measurement. Fleet Radar does honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for its own native measurement.
Retention and security
Retention varies by record and service, including correspondence, inquiry records, account history, analytics, and backups. There is no single automatic deletion period for all information collected through this site. Contact us to discuss a particular record or deletion request; legal, security, or business recordkeeping needs may affect what can be removed.
We use safeguards including HTTPS, restricted administrative access, hashed account passwords, and encryption for stored website inquiry details. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and external links
Our services and website are intended for businesses and adults, not children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us. Links to other websites are subject to those sites’ privacy practices.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Fleet Radar traffic measurement
For permitted pageviews, BuellEA may use the connection address briefly with local lookup databases to record an approximate country and the registered network provider's name and autonomous system number (ASN). Radar does not save that address, an address hash, a network prefix, city or precise location for this enrichment, and does not send visitor addresses to the lookup-data supplier. These fields describe the connection when measurement is received; they do not identify a person, establish a referral source or prove automated activity. Older records are not filled in retrospectively.
For permitted page loads, Radar also records an external referring hostname or that it was absent, internal or unusable; fixed navigation, initial visibility and browser automation states; and yes/no flags for recognized advertising markers and source tags. It does not save click identifiers or full referring addresses. These clues do not identify a person or prove a human or bot visit.
Fleet Radar, operated on our BuellEA platform, records public page paths without query strings, visit times, visible-page activity, named CTA clicks, the start of an inquiry form and video playback milestones and watch time. It uses a random identifier saved in this browser for this site to show visits and earlier visits from the same browser. It does not establish who is using a browser, combine browser histories across our sites, or record form text, email addresses, video titles or full video URLs through this collector. Studio and account pages are excluded. A click or form start is not an accepted inquiry.
This measurement starts without an Accept prompt. Use Turn off Fleet Radar in the Fleet Radar section below to stop native measurement in this browser. The choice is saved in site storage; clearing that storage can remove the choice. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also stop native measurement. If the preference cannot be read, collection stays off. Withdrawal requests removal of this browser's native journey records; if delivery fails, collection still stops locally. Routine cleanup targets a 90-day native journey window; operational logs, backups and records you submit separately have their own retention. This control does not disable Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Vimeo or other services.
When our server accepts an inquiry, its receipt may be connected to the browser journey using a short-lived, property-scoped token. The native receipt bridge sends only the receipt reference, acceptance time and optional token, not your form text or contact details. This connection does not identify who used the browser. Turning Radar off requests removal of the native journey connection; your separately accepted inquiry and its business receipt remain.
Fleet Radar privacy choices
We use Fleet Radar to understand visits to this site: page paths, visit times, CTA clicks and video activity, using a random browser identifier for this site. We do not collect form text through Radar or combine your browser history across our sites.
Fleet Radar has not started.
This choice controls Fleet Radar. Google Analytics and other services have separate settings.
