Securitas_60_sec
A person scrolling job posts sees another security opening and keeps scrolling. Securitas needed a minute that says this is a career, not a shift, before the application form asks for anything. Beacon fit that into a 60-second spot. The video says the company has been at this for more than a century, and that it was the only security company on a Forbes diversity list in 2021. That Forbes line is what the spot says. It is not a Beacon measurement. The real list name is Forbes' 2021 Top 500 Diverse Companies. The spot uses the claim as a reason to look twice, then asks the viewer to join. Another company hiring Beacon for a 60-second recruiting video is buying the length a pre-roll and a career page will both allow. A careers site can list pay, training, and a degree program. A candidate on a phone usually will not read that far. The video can. It can run before a shift posting, on a hiring landing page, or in the ad that has to finish before someone skips it. Securitas did not need a longer benefits page in motion. They needed a minute that makes the next applicant stop. That is what this video is for.
