Krill Construction – MAGNET Building Video Final

A finished photo of a remodel does not sell the job. The next client cannot tell what was there, or how long the building sat open. Krill's video of the MAGNET project in Cleveland does not talk anyone through it. It names the work on the first card, a construction and remodel for MAGNET, then shows the plan the way an owner thinks about a building. Talent. Innovation. Leadership. Technology transformation. After that, the pictures carry dates. An empty gym and bare rooms in 2021. The structure opened up during construction in 2022. The same volumes later, as a shop floor, a place to sit and eat, offices, and a teaching lab. The dates do the arguing. Another contractor hiring Beacon for this kind of video is buying a job story they can send before anyone walks the site. The plan says what the building is for. The dated pictures say the firm was there from the empty room to the occupied one. The next client does not have to take the contractor's word for the before. Krill did not need a voice over a flyover. They needed the before and the after in one video. That is what this video is for.
