A concrete sealer is an easy product to put down wrong. Unique needed a video that tells a crew to clean the slab, let it dry, and then wait before cars come back. Beacon made that a how-to, in about three and a half minutes.
The video calls the sealer a penetrating acrylic, and it says the product is ASTM C309 and meant to help against water and de-icing salts. The instruction people skip is the one the narrator stops on. Do not apply it to a damp surface. After the last coat, wait 12 to 24 hours before the area is opened to traffic. Those times are what the video says. They are not a Beacon cure study. He also points to a separate video for the primer they use on oil spots that washing does not lift.
Another company hiring Beacon for this kind of video is buying the piece a dealer can send with the first drum. A data sheet can list adhesion, UV, and a water-based formula. A person holding a sprayer usually will not get that far. The video can. It can sit on the product page or go out with the order, so the first job is not a callback because someone sprayed a wet driveway or drove on it the same afternoon.

[01:17.160] clean away any sticks, leaves, dirt or debris. You'll want to power wash the area using a mild
[01:24.040] detergent to clean off any dirt that will keep the concrete sealer from binding with the concrete.
[01:29.320] Take your time and do a good cleaning job. After power washing the concrete,
[01:35.000] allow it to thoroughly dry before applying the unique concrete sealer. If you notice oil or

[02:06.240] charged, you can begin the application. Start at one end of the area to be covered and work your
[02:12.480] way back. Spray the unique concrete sealer evenly and smoothly using the fan spray setting on your
[02:19.840] sprayer. Try to avoid forming pools of the liquid on the concrete, but you should apply enough to
[02:26.400] sufficiently coat and be absorbed by the concrete and cover the area. Once the first coat has been
[02:32.880] applied, allow two to four hours of curing time between coat applications. Once you've finished
[02:40.000] applying the sealer, allow for a final curing time of 12 to 24 hours before opening the area
[02:46.400] of the traffic. Cure time will vary due to ambient conditions, and of course night application will
[02:52.640] take longer than daylight application. Clean your sprayer with simple water as soon as you're
[02:58.000] finished, making sure you run water through the hoses and parts so your sprayer can be used again.
