Fly Through Home
A buyer cannot tell how a house lives from a stack of still photos. Fly Through Home moves through one house in about a minute and a half. There is no narration. A card on the picture reads "WE ARE LIVE!" The camera starts on the front porch, a wood door and an American flag, then moves through a tall living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and dining room, another sitting room, the yard, and back out to the white house and the drive. The video does not stop to name finishes or a price. It keeps moving, so the rooms connect. That is the whole job. Another company hiring Beacon for this kind of video is buying the walk a buyer takes before they book a visit. A builder, a realtor, or a venue can post photographs all day. A continuous move through the space answers the question stills leave open: how you get from one room to the next. They did not need a host describing the countertops. They needed the house to show itself. That is what this video is for.
